What are personas?
According to ‘interaction-design.org’:
Personas are fictional characters, which you create based upon your research to represent the different user types that might use your service, product, site, or brand in a similar way. Creating personas will help you to understand your users’ needs, experiences, behaviors, and goals.
Persona is a concept that is used a lot in digital marketing. It gives you an enormous added value to research your website visitors and customers before you start to write your content.
